With a law degree, professional qualification in Human
Resources and 40 years' experience of industrial relations,
Roger combines a detailed knowledge of employment law
principles and precedents with a deeply pragmatic
understanding of how employees and employers react to
each other.
A former Chairman of the Industrial Law Society, Roger was for 30 years an independent consultant, advising and representing trade unions and individual employees as well as employers. He merged his practice with Sherrards in 2002 and now acts as a consultant to the firm.
