  Kim Nicol  
Kim joined Sherrards as a consultant specialising in Employment Tribunal advocacy. She has an excellent track record in achieving successful commercial outcomes for clients and is also an accomplished mediator, facilitating grievance resolutions and resolving workplace disputes. Kim is also an experienced trainer and has conducted workplace investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment and discrimination.

In her spare time Kim enjoys travelling, photography, movies and spending time with family and friends.
