  Victoria Bevis  
Victoria joined Sherrards in March 2009 and advises clients on a whole range of employment law issues. Victoria has a particular interest in contentious employment work and has a strong focus on reaching the best commercial outcome for our clients. Victoria has also advised on drafting contracts and staff handbooks including redundancy, disciplinary and grievance and flexible working policies.

During her spare time, Victoria is studying for a Masters Degree in employment law at DeMontfort University in Leicester, and is currently renovating a Victorian house. Victoria also has a young family and enjoys cooking and being creative.
